Riyadh Celebrates The Torch Relay Of The 2022 Saudi Games

Residents of the Saudi capital, Riyadh, had the opportunity to witness a historic sporting event yesterday, with the launch of the torch relay of the first edition of the Saudi Games 2022, which is the largest national sporting event in the history of the Kingdom. The relay will travel across more than 3,500 km to promote the positive values ​​of the Saudi Games and to convey a message of peace and friendship to people throughout the march.

It is worth noting that the Saudi Games allowed more than 20,000 male and female athletes to participate in this significant event through qualifying trials. Athletes will compete in 45 individual and team sports, including five Paralympic sports.
