The Conclusion Of The (UTS) Festival

The Kingdom is hosting the festival until November 27 in the district of Trif, Riyadh, in the presence of a member of the Board of Directors of the SAOC, HRH Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdullah AlFaisal, His Excellency Deputy Minister of Sports Mr. Badr AlKadi, and President of the (United Through Sport). In addition to the participation of more than 100 sports organizations. The (United Through Sport) international virtual festival was inaugurated by HH Prince Fahad Bin Jalawi VP of the SAOC, on behalf of HRH Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki AlFaisal minister of sports and president of the SAOC.

Mr. Badr AlKadi affirmd on his speech: “I take this opportunity, on behalf of HRH the President, to extend my thanks and gratitude to the custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, for their unlimited support, resulting in these valuable events’ hosting.

 

He also offered the best wishes of Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki AlFaisal to all participants to enjoy the various events of the festival. He also emphasized that the festival was prepared by a distinguished, to be proud of Saudi team. It’s also expected for them to be part of a team that will oversee the hosting of many continental and upcoming events, especially following the announcement of Riyadh’s hosting of the 2025 Asian Indoor martial art Games.

HH concluded by saying: “It is a moment of pride, and celebration of a nation which places sport as a priority and puts you at the heart of a new movement that aims to bring the kingdom and its sport to the place it deserves.

The festival included the Saudi royal anthem, an hour – long video containing information about the festival, video clips of children participating from around the world, honoring partners and participants, the Saudi traditional dance (Arda), and then the dinner party.

The festival which is held by the IOC, and the IPC and the Special Olympics included also several sports in the activities of “Max Fit, Iron Fit, Talents, the Special Olympics Unified Fitness Challenge and the IPC Comprehensive Challenge,” through organizational methods that contributed to the demonstration of the capabilities through this large virtual forum, as well as education, which is an essential element of the festival, with the introduction of the event. In addition to workshops, conferences and live interactive sessions on sports and global topics.
