Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee (SOPC) Board Member HRH Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan presided over the first meeting of the Women In Sports Committee “virtually”, to be held in this elections cycle, in the presence of all committee members today from the capital city of Riyadh.
The meeting discussed the committee’s strategic direction building on the work delivered in the previous elections cycle, future plans, and the mechanism for continuing to develop women’s sports in the Kingdom serving the goals of the sports sector under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The Women In Sports Committee was reformed during the meeting of the Board of Directors of the SOPC, which, with HRH Princess Rima bint Bandar bin Sultan as Chairwoman, and the membership of: Adwaa Al-Arifi, Khaled Al-Yahya, Abeer Al-Fouti, Fahd Al-Haqbani, Sumaya Jabarti, Maha Al-Jafali, and Lana Bint Saeed, Andrew Hibbert, and Moudi Al-Sudairy as Rapporteur of the Committee.
